Had this case for over a month now and had serious signal problems since. It is an amazing case protection wise and had caught the eyes of everybody that has seen it but not worth the reception issues at all. Pretty useless actually. Shame it looks so good!

Well, the main issue with my iPhone4 is that it has a tendency to cut out when grasped around the edge, so, in adding a metal case to the set-up it cuts out most of the time no matter how you hold it.
There is no denying that the case is tough, sturdy, tight fitting and very very strong, as well as attractive, chunky and nice to hold. But. If you wear rubber gloves and hold it by rubber tweezers away from your face and stand under a mobile mast, you may sometimes get one or two bars of reception before it cuts you off.
Until the iPhone4 has sorted it's reception problems out, get a plastic/rubber bumper pack. £30+ for a completely useless case ain't funny.
