Delivery

All orders regardless of their value are delivered FREE within UK by Royalmail standard and FREE within EU and worldwide by Airmail Economy. Large orders may be sent by other courier companies.

We aim to dispatch all paid and accepted orders received by 2pm same working day but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched next working day, subject to stock availability on that day. Some orders may take even longer to process or dispatch.

Orders with more than one item may not arrive together in one parcel. We may send items of an order separately.
Insurance or recorded delivery method may be available at the checkout for UK customers at specified rates.


Delivery within UK usually takes 2-3 working days.
Delivery within EU takes 7-10 working days.
Worldwide delivery within 14-30 days.

The above excludes dispatch period/time. Note for overseas buyers (Outside UK): Please ensure the delivery address is in a format as used in your country. Import duties and taxes (if any) charged by your country's customs are buyer's responsibility.   

Buyer's delivery address may be different than billing address.

Buyers are expected to leave correct, current and full delivery and billing address on their order including any flat no./room no./floor or any other necessary information where applicable as well as correct postcode. If there is slight mistake on the billing or delivery address, typing or otherwise we shall not be held responsible for the mistake and/or if the mistake results in your order not delivered.

Important Note: All Delivery times are estimates but if your item(s) does not arrive within the above timescales please wait for atleast 7 working days before contacting us to look into and resolve delivery issue . Royalmail states that 7-10 working days is the required time period before an item is classified as lost.
We will investigate with royalmail which may take upto 24 hours before we consider re-sending items. Unfortunately we cannot process any replacements before this period.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds

If you wish to return the goods for a refund you can cancel the purchase/sale contract within 30 days of purchase date. You are not required to obtain return authorisation for returning the goods as long as the goods are unused and still in its original packaging which can be re-sold as "new". Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014 you should notify us in writing or by contacting us through the website before the end of the statutory cancellation period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods (our return policy extends this to 30 days from purchase date). You do not have to give a reason why you wish to return the goods but if you did at any stage this will be used on exchange requests. You must then return the goods to us at your expense in unused condition and in original packaging. Goods should not be used while in your possession. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where goods show signs of usage or damage since these can not be re-sold as "new". Once goods are received back we shall process refund within 14 working days. Please use the address below to return goods and include your name and/or order number.
If you wish to have the goods exchanged especially where wrong item/size or colour has been bought we are happy to do so but an order re-processing service charge of £2.99 is payable. This includes re-postage charge, packaging, handling and any administration time spent on re-processing your order. Should you decline to pay the service charge and want a refund instead then the above fee is payable/deducted from the refund to cover the initial service provided to you.

Faulty goods: In addition to your statutory rights we give you a 30 day money back guarantee whereby within 30 days of purchase date you can return the goods to us for replacement/refund if found faulty. Please contact us to authorise your return request or you could submit a return request within your account. Once you decide to return the faulty goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. Any further or undisclosed fault/damage to the goods whilst in transit remains buyer's responsibility. Refund may be refused or significantly reduced if the faulty item bears considerable signs of usage. Refunds are processed within 14 working days following receipt.
