All orders regardless of their value are delivered FREE within UK by Royalmail standard post and FREE within EU and worldwide by Royalmail Airmail Economy post. Large orders may be sent by other courier companies.

We aim to dispatch paid orders received by 2pm same working day. If you order after 2pm we still do our best to dispatch same day but not guaranteed. Most orders are sent within this time scale but some orders may take longer to process or dispatch, especially on a busy day. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or public holidays are dispatched next working day. We are UK based company and all orders are dispatched from Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 1SA, United Kingdom. Please note there may be a few hours gap between the time your order is dispatched and the time you actually receive "shipping confirmation" email. Also note that same day dispatch does not guarantee next day delivery as we use standard post unless delivery upgrade is offered and purchased at checkout.

Between placing your order and dispatch you should see one or more emails titled "your order status updated" arriving in your email inbox. One of these may say "awaiting fulfillment". This means your order is awaiting item pick, pack and dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched you should see an email informing you that your order has been "shipped".

Delivery timescale post-dispatch:

Delivery within UK usually takes 2-3 working days.
Delivery within EU usually takes 7-10 working days.
Worldwide delivery within 15-30 days.

Note for overseas buyers (Outside UK address): We welcome orders from all over the world but reserve the right to refuse order and dispatch to any country. Please ensure the delivery address is in a format as used in your country. Import duties and taxes (if any) charged by your country's customs are buyer's responsibility.   

Orders with more than one item may not arrive together in one parcel. We may send items of an order separately.
Insurance or recorded delivery method may be available at the checkout for UK customers at specified rates.

Buyer's delivery address may be different than billing address.

Buyers are expected to leave correct, current and full delivery and billing address on their order including any flat no./room no./floor no./road/street name and any other necessary information where applicable as well as correct postcode. If there is slight mistake on the billing or delivery address, typing or otherwise we shall not be held responsible for the mistake and/or if the mistake results in your order not delivered.

Important Note: All Delivery times are estimates but if your item(s) does not arrive within the above timescales please wait for atleast 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us to look into and resolve delivery issue . Royalmail states that 7-10 working days is the required time period before an item is classified as lost.
We will investigate with royalmail which may take upto 24 hours before we consider re-sending items. Unfortunately we cannot process any replacements before this period.
